Ally Ebeling is a Manager in Ericksen Krentel’s Audit & Assurance group, where she has worked since 2023. She manages audit engagements from planning through completion, works closely with clients and trains and develops the staff on her teams.

What sets Ally apart is the experience she brought to public accounting. Before joining the profession, she spent seven years in private industry, working in hospital operations, human resources, and payroll. She also managed guest operations at Walt Disney World. That unconventional path gave her firsthand insight into how organizations operate day-to-day — not simply how they appear when reviewed after the fact. She continues to draw on the service-focused training from her Disney years in the way she communicates with and supports clients.

Ally sees a changing engagement, an unfamiliar industry, or a complex technical question as an opportunity rather than a disruption. For clients, that means working with someone who takes the time to understand how their organization actually operates and adapts the audit approach accordingly.
