Ericksen Krentel Promotes New Managers

Alexandra “Ally” Ebeling

Ebeling has been promoted to manager in the firm’s Audit & Assurance practice.

Ebeling manages audit engagements from planning through completion, working directly with clients and training the staff on her team. Before moving into public accounting, she spent seven years in private industry, including operations in a hospital setting, HR and payroll work, and a stretch running guest operations at Walt Disney World.

Ebeling is a member of the Society of Louisiana CPAs and the Charter Board Leadership Academy through the Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Holy Cross and her MBA in Accounting from LSU Shreveport.

Blair Hoeffner, CPA

Hoeffner has been promoted to manager in the firm’s Tax practice.

Hoeffner reviews the preparation of clients’ tax returns, personally prepares the more complex ones, and works directly with clients to make sure they understand their own tax situation. She also trains the tax staff on her team.

Hoeffner is a member of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance. She earned her Master of Accounting from Tulane University.

Camron Murphy

Murphy has been promoted to manager in the firm’s Tax practice.

Murphy manages engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofits, helping clients stay on top of their compliance needs while thinking through longer-term tax strategy. He came to Ericksen Krentel after three years at a local New Orleans CPA firm.

Murphy earned his Bachelor of Accounting from LSU and his MBA from the University of New Orleans.
